The Rola Trans is Polish, family – owned company, dynamically operating since 1995. We own over 100 trucks and more than 110 trailers, which makes us one of the biggest transport companies in central Poland. To really bring about the change, we need to change our approach to cars and rethink our role in life and the impact we have on our planet. That could be a harder change than any other - there is no one magic solution.
Every little change is integrated with the bigger whole. Each of them is a part of the other, and no single step can advance significantly without the help of the others.
Bearing this in mind, we constantly strive to develop our company, acting for the social, environmental and economic consequences of our activities, which was reflected in the 2018 Eco Vadis silver medal for activities in the fields of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Tadeusz Gadomski bought his first truck called STAR and registered his first business – a transport company called Transport Towarowy Tadeusz Gadomski
1995
Establishment of a civil-law partnership by Tadeusz Gadomski and Jacek Gadomski
2003
Change of the legal form and name of the partnership to Rola – Trans General Partnership
2005
The company invested in GSM communication system and equipped all Vehicles with GPS trucking devices.
Change of company headquarters with a modern car park, workshop, new office building and staff facilities
2010
Rola Trans received first transport order from Michelin
2015
The company started to manage the fleet with the help of modern telematics system ATRAX
2018
Rola Trans received a prestigious title Business Gazelle 2018 awarded to the most dynamically developing companies
Our company started to „GO GREEN” by joining the program „Ecolution by SCANIA” the main goal of which is the reduction of fuel consumption in the fleet
The same year we were awarded with Ecovadis Silver Medal for the engagement in Corporate Social Responsibility.
2019
Rola – Trans decided to invest in its first LNG truck and signed a purchasing contract with SCANIA
